I'm not sure... Maybe it's just because of their name, location, and that great devil logo, but I thoroughly enjoy the Tasmanian Government Project Management Framework materials. Check out their site for some excellent project management resources. Any project manager worth their sedatives will find excellent value here.

As I've noted before, if you are building your own templates, processes, & procedures from scratch, you are investing time and effort in something that is already freely available on project management sites such as this one. Look at what is available--then fit it into your own unique environment. Adopt the good stuff and move on past the not-so-good stuff.
