Project Management Professional Development Program - Overview
If you are tired of attending training programs that do not deliver measurable value, or that force you to sit through volumes of vendor hype, this is the program for you. A majority of project management courses offered appear to be focused more on industry standards than on gaining maximum results with minimal (but realistic) investment.
This program, developed and delivered by Alan Plastow, MAT, PMP, is directly focused on the needs of the SME (small- to middle-sized enterprise). As such, the core focus is on helping real world project managers clarify industry best practices in a manner that enables them to genuinely apply those practices to their specific projects and project environments. What's more--even experienced project managers (or those preparing for certification) will gain fresh perspectives and ideas for building project success.
This program delivery connection between The Network!, The University of Akron, and the Project Management Institute gives you the ability to enhance your professional capabilities as well as gain Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and/or professional development units (PDUs). The courses are also available for onsite delivery.
As an added bonus, The University of Akron project management programs may also be used to qualify for the PHR/SPHR/GPH program credits.
